These terms apply when you use this website, including the gear finance calculator. Commercial Finance Group is the trading name of Atwal Holding's Limited (NZBN 9429051272760), a registered financial service provider (FSP1011141). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We're an asset finance broker. We help businesses find finance for gear like tractors, trucks, diggers and equipment by introducing them to lenders. We're not a lender, and we don't give investment advice.
Our service is for business and commercial finance only, not personal or consumer lending.
Rough figures are indicative only
The calculator and any rough figure we give you are estimates to help you plan. They're not a quote, an offer of finance or a promise that you'll be approved.
The calculator assumes a fixed rate, repayments in arrears and no fees, and the dealer comparison is an example only. Your actual rate, repayments and terms depend on the lender, the gear, its age, your business and your credit history. All finance is subject to the lender's approval and their own terms and conditions.
General information, not advice
The information on this website is general. It doesn't take your circumstances into account. Before you make a decision, think about whether it's right for your business, and talk to us, your accountant or another adviser.
How we're paid
We don't usually charge you a fee. We're paid a commission by the lender when your finance settles. If a fee ever applies, we'll tell you before you go ahead. There's more detail in our disclosure statement.
Information you give us
Please make sure the information you give us, through the calculator, our forms or otherwise, is true, complete and up to date. Lenders rely on it. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
Using this website
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in a way that isn't authorised. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.
Our content
The content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You're welcome to view it and share links to it, but you can't copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Stories about past deals are real examples. They don't guarantee the same result for you.
